BSE was born out of a shared concern for the future of humanity. On a Friday night in November 2023, our founders posed a critical question: “What will be the most significant challenges humanity will face in the next 20 to 100 years?” The answer was clear—global energy demand, climate change, and sustainability would be at the forefront. From that moment, our mission was set: to pioneer a nuclear power reactor design that addresses the inefficiencies and safety concerns present within the nuclear energy industry.

Our team is united by a passion for tackling global energy issues. With the guidance of our advisors from academia, government, and industry, we are developing the world’s first turbine-less microreactor, pushing the boundaries of clean energy technology.
